Vantage Three was instructed on behalf of a multinational joint venture contractor to provided independent expert opinion to an international arbitration tribunal regarding the extent and causes of critical programme delay on an urban sewerage system improvement project.

The works included the construction of a new sewage treatment plant (c.100,000cu.m maximum daily dry weather flow) and the installation of sewer infrastructure (c.20km, with significant elements by microtunneling).
