Vantage Three was instructed to provide independent expert opinion in adjudication regarding the causes of critical delay and extent of disruption on a luxury apartment development. The works within a Grade I listed property in Fitzrovia, London required structural alterations, removal and infilling of the existing staircases, the replacement and making good of windows, making good to the façade, replacement of the roof structure and coverings, alterations to the frame and fit out to 6 luxury apartments.

The adjudicator preferred Vantage Three’s robust fact-based critical path analysis (applying the As-Planned vs. As-Built Windows approach) over the other expert’s list of culpable delays and related suggestions.
